Read them in order. Period. The arcs are self-contained enough that you could technically jump in at Limited or Jokers and follow the plot. You’d miss the character evolution that makes later arcs hit harder. Snow White in volume 1 and Snow White in volume 15 are barely the same character, and that transformation only works if you watched it happen arc by arc.
Where Does the Anime Leave Off?

One thing worth noting about the manga: it only covers volume 1, which is the weakest arc. If you read the manga and thought the series was just a Madoka clone with more deaths, the LN goes in completely different directions from volume 2 onward.
